Below is a sample document to help you practice entering information into Excel.  The online practice version does not contain all the features of Microsoft Excel however, and the gridlines aren't visible in this document, in order to enhance the appearance of the document.  If you'd like to learn about additional features in Microsoft Excel, use your mouse to click on the Microsoft Help Icon wpe3AD.jpg (859 bytes) and a help dialog box will appear.  Try it now. Now click on the plus signs plus.jpg (721 bytes) to expand the help items and choose a subject by clicking on it.  To close the dialog box, click the wpe3C7.jpg (865 bytes) in the top right corner of the dialog box and it will close.  You can also move your mouse over any icon at the top of the spreadsheet to find out what it does. A label will pop up, indicating the name of the icon.

If you'd like to keep this sample document and you have Microsoft Excel 2000 or later installed on your computer, click on the Export to Microsoft Excel icon. wpe1A.jpg (888 bytes)  The document will open in your Microsoft Excel program and you can select File and then Save from the menu to save it to your documents.
